Hi, I'm Rose. As a solo psychic practitioner, I take your privacy seriously. This page explains what information I collect when you book a reading, how I use it, and how it's protected.

I keep things simple: I only collect what's necessary to provide your reading and process your payment. I don't sell your information, send spam, or share your reading details with anyone. Ever.

1. What Information I Collect

When you book a reading or contact me, here's what I collect:

• • Your name and email - So I can send you a receipt and follow up if needed
• • Your phone number - For conducting your reading and scheduling
• • Payment information - Processed securely by Authorize.Net (I never see or store your full card number)
• • Reading notes - I keep private notes about your session in case you return for a follow-up reading. These are for continuity only and never shared.

I also automatically collect some basic website usage information:

• • What pages you visit and how long you stay
• • Your device type, browser, and general location (city/country level)
• • How you found my website (Google search, direct link, etc.)

This is collected through Google Analytics to help me understand what's working on the site. It's anonymous - not connected to your name or reading.

2. How I Use Your Information

I use your information only for these purposes:

• • To provide your reading - Scheduling, conducting the session, and following up
• • To process your payment - Through my secure payment processor
• • To send receipts - Email confirmation after your payment
• • To improve my website - Understanding what pages are helpful

3. Payment Security

I use Authorize.Net to process all payments. They're a major payment processor that follows strict security standards (PCI-DSS compliant).

4. Your Reading is Private

• • Any personal details you shared
• • The fact that you're a client (unless you want to share publicly)

I may keep brief private notes for continuity if you book future readings, but these are stored securely and never shared. If you want your notes deleted, just ask.

5. Website Tracking (Analytics)

I use Google Analytics to understand how people use this website. This helps me know what information is helpful and what pages need improvement.

What it tracks: Pages viewed, time on site, how you found the site, general location (city/country), device type. All of this is anonymous - it's not connected to your name, email, or reading information.

6. Who Else Sees Your Data

As a solo practitioner, I keep everything as private as possible. However, I do use a few trusted services to run the business:

• • Authorize.Net - Processes payments securely. They don't share your data.
• • Resend - Sends your payment receipt emails. They only handle delivery, nothing else.
• • Google Analytics - Tracks anonymous website usage (see Section 5).
• • Netlify - Hosts this website. They provide infrastructure but don't access your data.

These companies are legally required to protect your information and can only use it for the specific service they provide. They cannot use your data for their own marketing.

Legal exceptions: I may have to share information if required by law (court order, subpoena, etc.) or to protect my safety or legal rights. This is rare but required by law to disclose.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you have legal rights about your personal information. Here's what you can request:

8. How Long I Keep Your Information

I only keep your information as long as necessary:

• • Contact info (name, email, phone) - Up to 3 years after your last reading, in case you return or need support
• • Payment records - 7 years (required by law for financial record-keeping)
• • Reading notes - Kept for continuity if you return, but deleted immediately if you ask
• • Website analytics - 26 months (Google's default retention setting)

Want your data deleted sooner? Just ask. I'll delete everything except what I'm legally required to keep.
