These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and NowPsychic ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our website at nowpsychic.com and all psychic reading services provided by Rose. By accessing this website or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, calling (646) 302-6860, making a payment, or receiving a reading from Rose, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of any modifications we make to these Terms.

If you are accessing or using the services on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2. Services Description

NowPsychic provides the following professional services by phone:

• • Psychic Reading: Intuitive guidance on love, relationships, career, life decisions, and spiritual matters. $50 for up to 30 minutes.
• • Tarot Reading: Card-based divination for focused insight and guidance on specific questions. $50 for up to 30 minutes.
• • Spiritual Cleansing: Energy clearing and spiritual protection work. $350.

All services are provided by Rose, a professional psychic with over 20 years of experience. Services are conducted exclusively by telephone. We do not offer in-person, video, email, or chat readings.

These are flat-rate fees—no per-minute charges, no hidden costs, no surprise bills. The price you see is the price you pay.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Authorize.Net. All payments are processed in USD.

Payment Processing and Security

Payments are processed securely through Authorize.Net using industry-standard encryption and tokenization. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Payment Timing

Payment may be made before or after your reading depending on which booking method you choose. If you call first, payment can be completed before or immediately after the reading. If you book online, payment is processed immediately upon submission to secure your session.

7. Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with our services is important to us. However, due to the nature of intuitive services—which are delivered in real-time and cannot be "returned"—our refund policy operates as follows:

Satisfaction-Based Refunds

If you are genuinely unsatisfied with your reading, please contact us at receipts@nowpsychic.com or call (646) 302-6860 within 24 hours of your session. Rose evaluates refund requests on a case-by-case basis and works with clients to resolve concerns fairly.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:

• • Disagreement with the guidance or predictions provided (subjective dissatisfaction)
• • Predictions that do not manifest (outcomes are not guaranteed)
• • Client no-shows or missed appointments without prior notice
• • Sessions terminated due to client misconduct or violation of these Terms
• • Requests made more than 24 hours after the reading

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

8. Service Delivery and Scheduling

Phone Readings Only

All readings are conducted by telephone. We do not offer in-person, video, email, or chat readings. You must be available by phone to receive your reading.

Scheduling and Availability

Readings are scheduled by mutual agreement between you and Rose. While we strive to accommodate same-day readings whenever possible, availability cannot be guaranteed. If Rose is unavailable when you call, she will return your call within 30 minutes or arrange a mutually convenient time via text.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your reading, please contact us as soon as possible at (646) 302-6860. We will work with you to find an alternative time. No-shows without prior notice may not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Technical Issues

If your reading is interrupted by technical issues (dropped calls, poor reception, etc.), Rose will call you back immediately and your session time will continue from where it was interrupted. You are responsible for ensuring reliable phone service before your session begins.

9. Client Conduct and Responsibilities

Expected Conduct

We expect all clients to conduct themselves respectfully and appropriately. You agree to:

• • Treat Rose with courtesy and respect during all interactions
• • Provide accurate contact information for scheduling and communication
• • Be available at the agreed-upon time for your reading
• • Accept responsibility for your own decisions and actions
• • Not record, distribute, or publish your reading without written consent

Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• • Abusive, threatening, harassing, or disrespectful language or behavior
• • Fraudulent payment methods or chargeback abuse
• • Attempting to contact Rose through personal channels outside of official business contact information
• • Using the service for unlawful purposes or to harm others
• • Public defamation, false reviews, or malicious statements about our services

Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all decisions and actions you take based on information provided during a reading. You assume all risk for any consequences of your decisions. We are not responsible for the outcomes of any actions you choose to take or not take following a reading.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences including but not limited to:

Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim (typically $50-$150).

Jurisdiction and Venue

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
